DOH REMINDING COMMUNITY TO CALL BACK FOR VACCINE APPOINTMENTS
The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne’s Department of Health (DOH) would like to remind the community on the importance of contacting Community Health to confirm, or cancel, your COVID-19 vaccine appointment.
If you’ve pre-registered with MCA’s Community Health Program, have received a call to confirm your appointment, and have already received your dose(s) at another service, please notify Community Health, so our staff can move down the list of community members more efficiently. DOH is pleased that community members are choosing to receive the vaccine, regardless of which medical service community members have opted to utilize.
To pre-register for upcoming community vaccine clinics, or to cancel an existing appointment should you have already received the vaccine, please call Community Health at 613-575-2341 ext. 3219 or ext. 3247.
