Seaway International Bridge Closure Remains Status Quo as of Friday, June 26th, 2009
Ohiari:ha / June 26, 2009Akwesasne Mohawk Government authorities are working diligently to resolve the re-opening of the Seaway International Bridge, as of today Friday, June 26th the bridge travel remains status quo. Travel on the South Span Bridge to the United States is for local residents only, however, you cannot return traveling northbound. You will be required to use Port of Entry’s located at either Ogdensburg/Prescott or Ft. Covington /Dundee to return to Canada.
The Mohawk Council will continue to keep the community updated on the
