MCA Community Health Program is offering 4 classes for all community members for free! 10 week session running from January 8, 2018 through March 15, 2018. All fitness levels are welcome.

Cardio Blast every Monday from 5-6PM at Tsi Snaihne Rec Center

Dumbbell Strength every Tuesday from 5-6PM at Tsi Snaihne Rec Center

Core Strength every Wednesday from 5-6PM at Tsi Snaihne Rec Center

Circuit Training every Thursday from 5-6PM at Tsi Snaihne Rec Center
