Getting Fitter With Age

Join the Getting Fitter with Age class to learn how to use simple movements and low-tech equipment to increase your fitness. We will work on Falls prevention (balance, stretching, and low impact aerobics). This is a 10-week program from January 11 through March 15, 2018 from 10-11AM in the Sweet Grass Manor Common Room.
