HAM (AND TURKEY) FOR THE HOLIDAYS: ACFS HOSTS ANNUAL GIVEAWAY

On Monday, December 22, Akwesasne Child & Family Services (ACFS) hosted their annual holiday ham and turkey giveaway, bringing a little extra warmth to kitchens and family tables across the community. Community members lined up starting at noon to receive a ham, turkey, or grocery gift card — a simple act that made a meaningful difference during the holiday season. 

With hundreds of birds going out the door, it was truly a fowl-proof operation — just neighbours helping neighbours, one holiday meal at a time. 🍗❤️
