AHAP UPDATE – EXTENDED HOURS AND DISTRICT LOCATION

The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne’s Community Support Program is announcing extended hours and a district location update for the 2025–2026 Akwesasne Heating Assistance Program (AHAP).

For the Tsi Snaihne district, AHAP applications have moved from the Akwesasne Homemakers to the Tsi Snaihne Recreation Center. Community members can submit their applications on Thursdays and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. until the application deadline on Friday, December 19, 2025.
