ARAP WINTER CLOTHING INITIATIVE β APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN
The Akwesasne Representative & Advocacy Program (ARAP), in partnership with IBC in Malone, is now accepting applications for the Winter Clothing Initiative. βοΈπ§€
This program supports Akwesasronon youth ages 17 and under with a valid status card, as well as post-secondary students up to age 26 who have both a valid status card and proof of enrollment letter from their institution/program.
Applications can be completed online or picked up at one of the following locations:
β’ ARAP Office | 55 Water St. W, Cornwall (9:00 a.m. β 5:00 p.m.)
β’ Iohahi:io Akwesasne Education & Training Institute (8:00 a.m. β 4:00 p.m.)
β’ Saturdays in September | Akwesasne Farmerβs Market (10:00 a.m. β 2:00 p.m.)
β’ Sept. 22 | Kana:takon School (9:15 β 11:30 a.m.)
β’ Sept. 23 | Ahkwesahsne Mohawk School (9:15 β 11:30 a.m.)
β’ Sept. 24 | Tsi Snaihne School (9:15 β 11:30 a.m.)
β’ Sept. 30 | Lamoureux Park (3:00 β 7:00 p.m.)
