HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT VACCINATION CLINIC

MCA Community Health Services (CHS) is offering vaccination clinics for students entering or currently attending high school who need updated immunizations. 💉💪  

Clinic Dates & Times:  

The clinic is appointment-only and will be held at the Community Health Services office, located within the Kanonhkwa'tsheri:io Health Facility in Kana:takon. If your child has received vaccines anywhere else, please ensure CHS has the records on file.
