CLINICAL CARE SERVICES SECTOR WELCOMES NEW NURSE PRACTITIONER

The MCA Department of Health’s Clinical Care Services (CCS) is delighted to welcome Rebecca Boyer to our team as a Nurse Practitioner. 

Rebecca is a proud Mohawk from the Kahnawà:ke Mohawk Territory and will be providing care at the Akwesasne Medical Clinic (AMC) and the Tsi Snaihne Medical Clinic (TMC). Her office will be located in the Kanonhkwa’tsheri:io Health Facility. 

A graduate of McGill University with a Master’s in Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, Rebecca brings a wealth of experience and dedication to improving access to quality care in Indigenous communities. Her background includes work with the Cree Health Board, internships within the same organization, and clinical roles at Groupe de médecine de famille (GMF) in Montreal and Kateri Memorial Hospital, where she contributed to innovative outpatient projects. 

Rebecca will begin accepting clients in Mid-December 2025. Appointments and bookings will be scheduled through the Akwesasne Medical Clinic at 613-575-2341.
