CLINICAL CARE SERVICES WELCOMES NEW PHYSICIAN, DR. PERSHEA ALAEI

The MCA Department of Health’s Clinical Care Services (CCS) would like to extend a warm welcome to its newest Primary Care Team Physician, Dr. Pershea Alaei. Dr. Alaei is a family physician who will be seeing clients at the Kawehno:ke Medical Clinic and Tsiionkwanonhso:te satellite clinic. Dr. Alaei will be providing same-day clinics and will be seeing patients with both OHIP and RAMQ insurances starting in February 2026. 

Dr. Alaei is originally from Montreal and completed her Family Medicine training at Queen’s University in 2022. For the past three years, she has had the privilege of practicing in Moose Factory, Ontario, where she gained valuable experience serving a northern community. Dr. Alaei looks forward to providing ongoing, compassionate family medicine care to patients in the Akwesasne community.  

Outside of work, Dr. Alaei enjoys being outdoors, biking and hiking, and spending her time with her family.
