We’re proud to announce the expansion of our Clinical Care Services team with two amazing additions who bring specialized skills and compassionate care to our community!

Emily Templeton, Registered Dietitian & Certified Diabetes Educator

Emily joins us with expertise in diabetes care, as well as general dietetics such as fatty liver management, weight control, and general nutrition counselling.. With Emily on board, we now have two Registered Dietitians who are Certified Diabetes Educators—including our long-standing team member Anne-Charlotte George, who continues to serve our community with dedication and excellence.

Together, Emily and Anne-Charlotte will offer expanded access to high-quality dietary support and diabetes care.

Nathalie Cannone, Advanced Foot Care Nurse

We’re also excited to welcome Nathalie Canonne, who is now offering Advanced Foot Care services in Akwesasne (ON & QC) from Monday to Thursday. Nathalie provides skilled, compassionate foot care to help keep you moving comfortably.
