DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH WELCOMES NEW HEALTH ADVISORY BOARD MEMBERS

On Wednesday, March 4, 2026, the Mohawk Council of Akwesasne's Department of Health (DOH) welcomed its newest members to the Health Advisory Board. The board members will occupy their seats for a 3-year term. 

The Health Advisory Board members will assist the Department of Health in guiding and shaping health services and programs via connection to the community and providing feedback to the DOH Administrative Team. The Health Advisory Board was sworn into their positions by Justice of the Peace, Alexandra David.
