A HOLIDAY GIFT FROM TRI-RECREATION TO AMBE FAMILIES

The Kawehno:ke, Kana:takon and Snye Recreation Committees extend their warmest wishes to all the families of the Ahkwesahsne Mohawk Board of Education (AMBE) schools, childcare facilities, and high school programs this holiday season.

We recognize that many families in our community are navigating the challenges of the high cost of living, and we want to help bring a little extra cheer and relief during this special time of year. To show our support, Tri-Recreation is pleased to provide a $200 grocery gift card to every student family within AMBE. 

This gift is intended to help ease the burden of holiday expenses and contribute toward a wonderful Christmas feast for your family. 

All families with children enrolled in AMBE Childcare, AMBE Schools, or AMBE High School students will receive ONE $200 grocery gift card, regardless of how many children are in the various AMBE programs. ONLY ONE CARD PER FAMILY WILL BE ISSUED.

The $200 grocery cards will be distributed at the school Christmas concerts, they are as follows:

📅 December 16: Tsi Snaihne School (TSS)
📅 December 17: Kana:takon School (KS)
📅 December 18: Ahkwesahsne Mohawk School (AMS)

If you missed picking up the gift card at the schools, they will be available for pick-up with Roberta Lazore at the AMBE Administration office from December 22-24, 2025 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The Child Care Centers will also have the $200 gift cards ready for pick-up starting Tuesday, December 16-19, 2025.
