SHOUT OUT YOUR ROLE MODEL THIS MOVEMBER

The MCA Department of Health’s Land-Based Healing Program (LBH) invites you to join us in honoring the incredible male role models in our community. As part of Men’s Health “Movember,” we’re hosting a Male Role Model Shout-Out Survey — your chance to recognize and celebrate those who inspire strength, resilience, and positive change.

How to Participate:

• Complete the survey and shout out one — or many — male role models who have made a difference in your life.
• Every name submitted will be entered into a prize draw for 1 of 4 amazing prizes!
