CLINICAL CARE SERVICES COLLABORATES WITH UNIVERSITY OF OTTAWA HEART INSTITUTE TO PROVIDE HEART VALVE SCREENING

The MCA Department of Health’s Clinical Care Services Sector is informing the community that they will be providing a free heart valve screening clinic for people age 50+ on May 26, 2026. The clinic will take place at the Kawehno:ke Recreation Centre.  

This event will be in collaboration with the Ottawa Heart Institute (OHI) and the Seaway Valley Health Centre.  

Pre-registration for this event is required. Those interested in participating can scan the QR code in the accompanying graphic and complete the intake form. You can also click on the link below to complete the intake form:

Once the intake form has been completed, OHI staff will contact you with an appointment time.
