CALL OUT: ACFS YOUTH FASHION SHOW

As part of this year’s National Child Day celebrations, the Akwesasne Child & Family Services (ACFS) Traditional Support Unit will be hosting a Youth Fashion Show — and they’re looking for young participants to take the runway in their traditional attire!

Youth are encouraged to showcase pieces that hold meaning to them — whether they’re handmade, gifted, purchased, or created by family, friends, or community crafters. This is a true “Walk What You Brought” event, celebrating culture, creativity, and confidence.

📅 Date: Sunday, November 16

🕑 Time: 2:00 p.m.

📍 Location: St. Regis Mohawk School

This showcase is open to youth of all ages.
