The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne (MCA) is seeking proposals from qualified compensation consultants to conduct an independent compensation review for senior leadership positions, including elected officials and executive management roles.

The review will assess current compensation structures to ensure they remain fair, competitive, transparent, and reflective of organizational responsibilities, market conditions, and operational complexity. The selected proponent will provide a comprehensive evaluation and evidence-based recommendations to support MCA’s ongoing commitment to good governance and accountability.

The MCA Department of Health’s Continuing Care Services is inviting qualified and experienced service providers to submit proposals for Pharmacy Services at Iakhihsohtha Lodge.

Iakhihsohtha Lodge is a 25-bed long-term care facility located in Akwesasne, Quebec, providing resident-centered care for Elders. As part of MCA’s commitment to quality care, safety, and operational efficiency, we are seeking a collaborative pharmacy partner with demonstrated experience in long-term care settings. The selected provider will support pharmacy services and related needs for residents of Iakhihsohtha Lodge.
