MEN’S WELLNESS RETREAT: CAMP & CONNECT
The Akwesasne Child & Family Services Traditional Support Unit and Thompson Island Cultural Camp invite men ages 18 and older to spend three days and two nights on the land, connect with culture, and make time for wellness.
Enjoy traditional cultural activities, time outdoors, boating, and opportunities to connect with others. Cabins and meals will be provided.
Activities include:
- Basket making with Gary Thompson
- Archery
- Open fire cooking
- Fishing
- Net setting
- Spearing
- Nightline setting
- Sturgeon workshop
