AMBE CULTURAL CELEBRATION WRAPS UP IN VIBRANCY & JOY
On May 28, the Ahkwesáhsne Mohawk Board of Education (AMBE) proudly hosted its second and final Cultural Celebration of the school year, bringing together students, families, and community members in a meaningful celebration of Onkwehonwe culture.
Students in grades 4–8 filled the A’nowara’kó:wa Arena with energy and pride as they shared traditional songs, dances, and regalia, creating a vibrant atmosphere rooted in culture and community.
More than a year-end gathering, the celebration reflects the strength of our traditions and the importance of passing them on to future generations. Nia:wen to the singers, drummers, parents, organizers, and supporters whose continued dedication helps keep our culture strong and thriving for years to come.
