ARENA GROUNDS CLOSED TO PUBLIC DURING SUMMER PROGRAM HOURS

The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne would like to advise the community that the A’nowara’kó:wa Arena grounds will be temporarily closed to the public during the MCA & Akwesasne Boys & Girls Club (ABGC) Summer Program. 

To support the safety and wellbeing of participating youth, the following areas will be closed to the public Monday to Friday from July 8 to August 14, between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Access during these hours is restricted to program participants and staff only:

• A’nowara’kó:wa Arena (including the Turtle Room)
• Playground
• Splash Pad
• Skatepark  

The safety of our youth remains our highest priority, and we thank the community for its understanding and cooperation in supporting a safe and positive environment for all children taking part in summer programming.
