MEN’S HEALTH NIGHT: STRONGER HEALTH STARTS HERE

Take an evening for yourself and join us for Men’s Health Night — a time to focus on health, wellness, and strength for both mind and body. 

On Thursday, June 18, at the Kawehno:ke Recreation Centre, MCA Community Health Services will bring together practical health information and meaningful conversation on men’s wellness, prevention, and personal growth. 

Get insights on men’s health, including disease prevention, risk reduction, and the importance of early detection. 

Wholistic Health & Wellness Services will also facilitate an interactive workshop exploring the four masculine archetypes — King, Warrior, Magician, and Lover — and what they can teach us about mental wellness, personal growth, and navigating the impacts of trauma. Participants will receive a self-reflection tool to continue their learning beyond the session.
