MCA Community Health Services has announced the winners of their National Immunization Awareness Week Quiz. Nia:wen/thank you to the participants who added their answer and for their participation in each quiz!

The prize consists of a one-month membership to the Heart to Heart Fitness Center. Winners can pick up their prizes at the Community Health Services office, located in the Kanonhkwa’tsheri:io Health Facility, Monday - Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Prizes must be picked up by June 1st. Any prizes not picked up will be forfeited.
