COMMUNITY SAFETY NOTICE: HALLOWEEN PET PRECAUTIONS

As Halloween approaches and families prepare for an evening of fun and trick-or-treating, the Mohawk Council of Akwesasne is kindly reminding all pet owners to ensure their animals are safely secured during the festivities.

For the safety of our children, families, and pets:
🐾 Please keep dogs and other animals tied up or indoors.
🎃 Trick-or-treaters may be startled by unfamiliar pets (and vice versa).
🚫 Loose animals can pose a safety risk or cause unintentional harm.
