PLEASE CHECK IN AT CLINIC RECEPTION FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

The MCA Department of Health’s Clinical Care Services Sector kindly reminds community members to check in with clinic reception staff upon arrival for all scheduled appointments. 

When you check in, reception staff will mark your arrival in the electronic medical record (EMR) system and add your name to the clinic’s arrival list. This helps ensure a smooth and timely flow for your visit. 

If you do not check in with reception, your name may not appear on the arrival list, which can result in a longer wait time. 

To support timely care and allow staff to update any required records or personal information, community members are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes early for their appointments.
