DR. HORN OUT OF OFFICE DATES
The MCA Department of Health’s Clinical Care Services (CCS) Sector would like to advise the community of the following dates that Dr. Horn will be out of the office:
- June 23–July 3
- July 14–16
- August 4–6
- August 24
- August 26–30
- September 7–11
- September 14–19
- September 30
Patients of Dr. Horn are encouraged to review their medications and ensure any required prescription refills are requested before these dates.
For urgent health concerns while Dr. Horn is away, patients are encouraged to book an appointment through the same-day clinics.
Same-day appointments can be scheduled beginning at 8:00 a.m. on the day of the clinic by calling 613-575-2341 ext. 3213. Same-day weekend clinic appointments at the Kawehno:ke Medical Clinic (KMC) can be scheduled by calling 613-932-5808.
