DR. HORN OUT OF OFFICE APRIL 8–24; JANET BRANT, NP OUT OF OFFICE APRIL 15–17

The MCA Department of Health’s Clinical Care Services Sector is notifying the community that Dr. Horn will be out of the office from April 8–24. Janet Brant, NP, will also be out of the office from April 15–17. 

Patients of Dr. Horn and Janet Brant are encouraged to review their medications and request any necessary refills before these dates. 

For urgent matters during these periods, patients are encouraged to book an appointment for our same-day clinics. 

Same-day appointments can be scheduled starting at 8:00 a.m. on the day of the clinic by calling 613-575-2341 ext. 3213. Weekend same-day appointments at Kawehno:ke Medical Clinic (KMC) can be scheduled by calling 613-932-5808.
