This June, the Mohawk Council of Akwesasne proudly celebrates the strength, spirit, and diversity of our 2SLGBTQ+ community. 

Pride Month is a time to uplift voices, honour identities, and reflect on the teachings of love, respect, and belonging that are deeply rooted in our Indigenous cultures. 

Let us continue to stand together — embracing who we are, where we come from, and where we’re going — in the spirit of unity, visibility, and empowerment.
