HUMAN RESOURCES APPOINTS CYNTHIA STEAD AS TALENT & WELLBEING MANAGER

The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne’s (MCA) Human Resources Program is pleased to welcome Cynthia Stead back to the organization in her new role as Talent & Wellbeing Manager. 

With 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Cynthia brings extensive knowledge and expertise gained from working in a variety of environments, including contact centres, manufacturing, retail, distribution, child care programs, and Statistics Canada. Many staff members may also remember Cynthia from her previous one-year contract with MCA’s Human Resources team, where she made a positive impact and developed strong connections with colleagues across the organization.

We are excited to welcome Cynthia back to MCA and look forward to the knowledge, experience, and support she will bring to this role as we continue to strengthen our employee experience and workplace wellbeing initiatives.
