HUMAN RESOURCES WELCOMES NEW HR SERVICE MANAGER

The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne’s (MCA) Human Resources Program is pleased to announce the appointment of Katrina Armstrong as the new HR Service Manager.

Katrina brings more than 20 years of experience and a wealth of organizational knowledge to her new role. She has been a dedicated member of the MCA team since 2004, beginning her career as an Executive Assistant and Administrative Assistant before joining the Human Resources team in March 2020 as an Office Assistant.

Throughout her time with MCA, Katrina has continued to grow professionally, taking on roles as HRIS Specialist and most recently, HRIS Supervisor. Her commitment, attention to detail, and understanding of MCA’s operations have supported her continued advancement within the organization.

Katrina holds an Associate’s Degree in Office Technology and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Office and Human Resource Management. Her education, combined with her extensive experience and dedication to supporting employees and the organization, has prepared her well for this leadership position.
