GATHERED WITH GRATITUDE: IAKHIHSOHTHA LODGE THANKSGIVING MEAL

There’s nothing quite like coming together around the table for Thanksgiving!

The Iakhihsohtha Lodge Thanksgiving Dinner brought residents and their families together for a wonderful holiday gathering filled with good food, conversation, laughter, and, most importantly, quality time with one another. Residents and their loved ones had the opportunity to congregate, visit, and simply enjoy each other’s company while celebrating the spirit of Thanksgiving. 

A very special thank you goes to our incredible Kitchen Staff for preparing an amazing Thanksgiving meal that everyone could enjoy. Your hard work, care, and dedication helped make the gathering extra special.

We would also like to recognize our wonderful Activities Staff for creating such a fun and festive atmosphere with their beautiful Thanksgiving decorations.

A special nia:wen/thank you goes out to the amazing Akwesasne Mohawk Police Service officers who attended and helped with the serving of meals to the families who were in attendance. Your contribution, time, and dedication to our community, and our totas, are truly appreciated.

To every staff member and helping hand who contributed to the celebration, nia:wen for helping create such a warm and memorable Thanksgiving for our residents and their families. It truly takes a team to make moments like these possible, and we are grateful for everyone who played a part.
