MOHAWK COUNCIL OF AKWESASNE WELCOMES JIM BLANCHETTE AS QUALITY & SERVICE OFFICER

The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne (MCA) is pleased to welcome Jim Blanchette as Quality & Service Officer within Executive Services.

In this role, Jim will help advance initiatives focused on continuous improvement, service excellence, and community feedback across MCA programs and services. His work will contribute to enhancing the overall experience of community members accessing MCA services.

Jim brings more than 30 years of leadership and public service experience, with a strong background in relationship building, community engagement, problem solving, organizational improvement, and promoting fair and accountable processes. His experience working with community members, leadership, and organizations to navigate complex issues will support MCA’s ongoing efforts to deliver high-quality, responsive services to the community.
