HELPFUL TIPS
• Brush properly twice a day — Use fluoride toothpaste and brush for 2 full minutes (morning and night).
• Floss daily — brushing alone doesn’t remove plaque from between your teeth.
• Use mouthwash wisely — choose an alcohol-free, fluoride-based mouthwash.
• Don’t skip dental visits — see your dentist at least once every 6 months, or more often if advised
• Watch your diet.
• Replace your toothbrush often.
• Avoid smoking. Smoking not only increases the risk of gum disease, tooth loss, and oral cancer but also negatively impacts the appearance of your smile and teeth.
