COMMUNITY SESSION: LET’S TALK FISH TUMOURS
The MCA Environment Program invites you to a community session on the St. Lawrence River Remedial Action Plan (RAP), focusing on Beneficial Use Impairment #4: Fish Tumours or Other Deformities.
We’re asking important questions: Are fish tumours still a concern in our part of the river? Has the situation improved, or is there more work to be done?
Come learn about the history, science, and status of this environmental issue in our shared Area of Concern — and share your thoughts with us!
🗓 Thursday, July 17, 2025
🕔 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.
📍 St. Regis Recreation Center
🍽️ Food will be provided and door prizes are available!
This session is part of the ongoing effort to restore the health of the St. Lawrence River between the Moses-Saunders Dam and the Ontario-Quebec border. Together, we can help ensure a cleaner, safer future for the water, wildlife, and generations to come.
