2018 Vehicle Tender Notice

The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne is doing a public tender for 7 vehicles from the MCA Fleet. They can be seen at the locations listed below. The vehicles are available for tender in “As Is Condition”.

Sealed bids will be received by Theresa Thompson at the Operational Support Program office located in the Housing Building, Administration #4, 13 First Street, Kana:takon \ St. Regis.

It will be the successful bidder’s responsibility to remove the vehicle from its current location no later than two days after sale. Vehicle Bid forms can be picked up at the Admin 4, Housing Building in Kana:takon between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

The Deadline for receipt of bids is no later than 4 pm on July 10^th.

The Bid will then be opened on Monday, July 11th at approximately 10 am and the successful bidders will be notified by phone.
