28 DAYS OF POSITIVITY: WINNERS ANNOUNCED

The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne has wrapped up another 28 Days of Positivity, and we want to extend a heartfelt nia:wen to everyone who participated! Your submissions helped spread kindness, encouragement, and good energy throughout the community this February.

We also want to thank Mohawk Government and Council for sponsoring this initiative and supporting positivity in Akwesasne. A special nia:wen goes out to our incredible local business owners and artisans who contributed their skills and services to this year’s prizes. Each prize was intentionally chosen to highlight and support Akwesasronon businesses and artists — because uplifting our community starts with celebrating the talent within it!
