AMPS WARNS OF COUNTERFEIT CURRENCY IN THE AREA
The Akwesasne Mohawk Police Service would like to make the community aware of the presence of counterfeit currency that has been recently circulating in the surrounding area.
Police have received reports and seized $20.00 banknotes (USD) that were used to purchase goods and services in the area. Police are asking the community to report counterfeit currency to your local police service.
