BOOT CAMP FITNESS
The MCA Community Health Program is hosting Boot Camp, a free fitness class designed to get your heart pumping, increase metabolism, and burn calories!
Classes will be held every Monday and Wednesday from February 1 – March 29, 2023. Monday sessions will be at the Kawehno:ke Recreation (5 p.m.); Wednesday sessions will be at the St. Regis Recreation (4:30 p.m.).
