DOH ANNOUNCES WALK-IN COVID-19 VACCINE CLINIC DATES AT A’NOWARA’KO:WA ARENA
The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne’s Department of Health (DOH) will be hosting a COVID-19 vaccine walk-in clinic on Friday, April 16, and Saturday, April 17 at the A’nowara’ko:wa Arena, from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m., or until supplies last. The walk-in vaccine clinic will be open to all community members of Akwesasne, non-native spouses of Akwesasronon, and Akwesasronon & First Nations people residing in the City of Cornwall on a first come, first serve basis. An appointment is not necessary for the walk-in vaccine clinics.
When arriving for the walk-in clinic, you will be required to pass a COVID-19 screening and complete a vaccine consent form. A mask is required, and public health guidelines must be followed at all times when in the vaccine clinic.
Please be patient with staff and exhibit courtesy when in the vaccine clinic.
