NOTICE OF TENDER — DEMOLITION OF ADMINISTRATION BUILDING NO. 2

The project is a complete demolition of the Mohawk Council of Akwesasne Administration Building No. 2, located at 92 Third Street in St. Regis, Quebec, on the Akwesasne Reserve. The building is three storeys with a gross floor area of approximately 721 square metres (approximately 240 square metres for each floor). The building is a steel-framed structure with exterior load-bearing concrete block walls and concrete foundations. The demolition will involve the removal of designated substances (including but not limited to asbestos and lead) from the building, the complete demolition of the building including foundations, removal of all asphalt on-site, and the removal and capping of existing services.
