The MCA Wholistic Health & Wellness Program and Iakwa’shatste Youth Fitness have teamed up to bring the Paddling Prep program to the community. Sign up to receive an 8-week workout plan (designed specifically to get you physically ready for paddling) and gain access to weekly Zoom sessions focusing on safety, fun tips, and stories!

The sessions will be held on Tuesdays at 6 p.m. starting April 12, 2021.

Please note: This is a virtual program to help you prep at home if you have your own vessel or are planning on buying/renting a vessel through the season.
