POLICE INVESTIGATING SUDDEN DEATH IN KANA:TAKON

On Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at 7:11 PM, Akwesasne Central Dispatch received a call of an unresponsive male who possibly overdosed on drugs at a residence in Kana:takon (St. Regis), QC.
 
The Akwesasne Mohawk Police Service and the Akwesasne Mohawk Ambulance Unit attended the residence and provided lifesaving measures to the male, who was then transported to a hospital and later pronounced deceased.
