TSIIONKWANONHSO:TE HOSTS HEARTFELT HOLIDAY CELEBRATION FOR STAFF & RESIDENTS

The Tsiionkwanonhso:te Long-Term Care Facility (LTC) recently hosted its annual staff and resident holiday celebration, and it was a heartwarming success! Many dedicated volunteers came together to ensure our cherished totas had an event to remember.

 

A scrumptious prime rib feast, catered by TNT Deli, was graciously served by officers from the Akwesasne Mohawk Police Services (AMPS) and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), along with our local volunteer firefighters. Their generosity and presence made the event truly unforgettable.

 

No holiday celebration would be complete without Santa and Mrs. Claus, who delighted our totas with their return visit! Thanks to the Kawehno:ke Recreation Committee, each resident received a special gift, sparking smiles and holiday magic throughout the room.

 

LTC Administration, including Vincent “Barry” Lazore, Sonja Sylvester, Autumn Jock, and Evelyn Brunet, joined in the festive fun, handing out thoughtful gifts to the hardworking LTC staff — a heartfelt gesture of appreciation for their dedication.

 

The celebration was beautifully capped off with entertainment by beloved performer Johnny M., who brought joy to everyone present.
