The Tsiionkwanonhso:te Long-Term Care (LTC) facility and the Iakhihsohtha Lodge have been notified that they are in Outbreak Status. Tsiionkwanonhso:te LTC entered outbreak status on January 7, 2022; Iakhihsohtha Lodge entered outbreak status on December 29, 2021. Under Outbreak Status, only designated caregivers who are fully vaccinated are allowed to visit residents of the LTC and Lodge. At this time, any visitor that is not a designated caregiver is not permitted visitation or entry into the facilities.

When arriving for visitation at either facility, designated caregivers are required to wear full personal protective equipment (PPE) when in the facility (mask, gown, and gloves). Upon arrival, designated caregivers will be required to take a COVID-19 rapid test, return to your vehicle for 17 minutes, and then return to the facility to obtain your results. If the result is negative, you will be screened in and allowed entry into the facility. You will be required to apply full PPE then can proceed to visit your loved one. Visitation must remain in residents’ rooms. There is no wandering through the facility, and visiting other residents isn’t permitted at this time.

The health and safety of our residents and your loved ones remain our utmost priority. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated during this time.
