DCSS FOOD DISTRIBUTION POSTPONED DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne’s Department of Community & Social Services is informing the community that the Food Distribution Centres at both the Kawehno:ke and Tsi Snaihne locations are being postponed for this weeks’ pick-up (Thursday, March 4, 2021) due to unforeseen circumstances.
All non-food distribution staff and community are asked to refrain from attending both sites this week.
Food distribution will resume regular pick-up services the week of March 8, 2021. The next pick-up date for Food Distribution will be on Thursday, March 11, 2021.
