DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH OFFERS CONDOLENCES TO FAMILY, FRIENDS OF JULIA ROUNDPOINT
With sadness, the Mohawk Council of Akwesasne’s Department of Health (DOH) acknowledges the passing of former team member Julia Roundpoint. Julia had been a long-time employee with the Community Health Program, having served as a Community Health Representative for over 20 years during her time with the program.
Having completed nursing school and advancing her studies to further her knowledge in the healthcare field, Julia dedicated many years of her life to the health and well-being of the many community members who accessed the Community Health Program.
DOH extends its sincere condolences to the family and friends of Julia Roundpoint who are mourning her loss. We thank Julia for her many years of dedicated service to the community of Akwesasne.
