The MCA Community Health Program is excited to host a 6-week health and wellness program for istas in the community! Join us to learn ways to prevent Type 2 diabetes with snack and fitness ideas for your family.


Starting January 25, sessions will be held every Wednesday at 6 p.m. until March 1. Space is limited to 10 mom/child duos.
