RELOCATION OF MCA CHIEFS AND MOHAWK GOVERNMENT STAFF
The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne is informing the community on how to reach the Grand Chief and District Chiefs as they are transitioning into a new location. Due to the administrative office move, Council is currently working remotely while the office space is being prepared at the Administration Building #1 (A-frame) in Kana:takon.
The Mohawk Government Office is now located on the lower level of the Admin. #1 Building. Government support staff is currently available to assist with any communication to the chiefs, as well as to share contact information for them. A full listing of Council’s cell phone numbers and emails can also be found on the MCA Website at: www.akwesasne.ca/contact-chiefs/ .
As the new location for Council is being prepared, they want the community to know they are available and can be reached by phone or email.
