The MCA Department of Community & Social Services (DCSS) is requesting proposals from qualified law firms regarding legal services for Akwesasne Child & Family Services (ACFS). DCSS is seeking legal advice & representation for matters pertaining to ACFS’ Ontario child welfare mandate, including activities and related matters concerning jurisdiction & legal authority.
